View Ad Manager invoices and billing documents

If you have the appropriate permissions, you can view and manage invoices and related documents (such as debit memos, credit memos, or tax memos) in Ad Manager. 

Under "Billing," you can view the amount due and access current and past invoices. You can use filters to find documents, download documents in different formats, and generate updated invoices if details have changed.

Required permissions

To access "Billing," you must be an Administrator or have the "Access Billing interface" permission. 

If you aren't an administrator, you can learn more about this user role or gaining greater access.

View invoices and documents

To view invoices and other billing documents:

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
  2. Click Billing, then Invoices.
  3. Next to "Amount due," you can review the amount due. 
  4. Choose an option:
    • To view all invoices, click View invoices or View invoices and documents.
    • To view invoices that are open or past due, under "Invoices and documents," click Open invoices (current) or Open invoices (past due).

Search for an invoice or document

To locate an invoice, you can apply filters or use the search feature. 

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
  2. Click Billing, then Invoices.
  3. Click View invoices or View invoices and documents.
  4. To filter by document type, such as an invoice or debit memo:
    1. Next to 👁 Image
      , click Document type.
    2. In the filter menu, check the box for each document type you want to include.
      By default, available document types are selected. Note that available document types may depend on your billing country.  
    3. Click Apply.
  5. To add a filter, such as for status or due date:
    1. Click Add filter. 
    2. Make a selection and enter filter details, such as the date range.
    3. Click Apply.  
  6. To use the search, next to 👁 Image
    , click Find in documents, then enter one or more search terms, such as the document number.

Download invoices and documents

You can download available invoices and documents. 

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
  2. Click Billing, then Invoices.
  3. Click View invoices or View invoices and documents.
  4. (Optional) To locate the document, apply a filter or use the search
  5. Next to the invoice or document you want to download, check the box. 
  6. Click Download selected.
  7. Select the format you want to download, such as CSV or PDF.
  8. Click Download.

Generate an updated invoice

If your account details, such as your address or tax ID, have been updated, you can regenerate an invoice that reflects those changes. 

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
  2. Click Billing, then Invoices.
  3. Click View invoices or View invoices and documents.
  4. (Optional) To locate the invoice, apply a filter or use the search.
  5. On the table, click the invoice to open it. 
  6. Next to "Actions," click 👁 Expand
    .
  7. Select Regenerate invoice with updated information.
  8. Under "Request status," click Got it to confirm.
