View transaction history

This article describes how to view your transaction history in Google Ad Manager. The transaction history includes details and further insight into the activities listed on the invoice.

Before you begin

👁 Administrator user role required

Requires permission

The "Payments" section of Google Ad Manager is only available to users with the "Administrator" user role, or to users with a custom role that includes the "Access Payments interface" permission.

If you aren't an administrator, you can learn more about the administrator role and what to do next.

If you follow the steps below and do not see the "Payments" option, please contact your Google Ad Manager network administrator to ensure you have the required permissions.

How to view your transaction history

Follow these steps to view your transaction history:

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
  2. Navigate to Payments, and then Payments info.
    Note: If you do not see this option, you may not have the required user permissions.
  3. By default, the transaction history for the last 3 months is displayed. Under "Transactions", click View transactions to select a different time period.
  4. Use the drop-down menus to adjust the transactions viewed.
    Transaction views include:
    • View type: Detailed or summary
    • Transaction type: All transactions, Earnings, Payments, Adjustments, and Taxes
    • Time frame: This month, Previous month, Last 3 months, This year, Previous year, All time, and Custom date range
  5. You can either click to download 👁 Download
    or print 👁 Print
    the transaction history you want to view.

What kind of information is included in the transaction history?

Your transaction history provides a detailed look at the activity listed. It includes earnings, payments, adjustments, your balance, and a description of each transaction.

Can I change the date range to see older transactions?

Yes. While the history defaults to the last three months, you can adjust the time frame and other details by clicking View transactions to find what you're looking for.
