View your AdSense payment history

This is an article about viewing your payment history in Google AdSense. It discusses how to find your payment history and download it. You can also view receipts for specific payments. Some of the important points are that you can view the last three months of transactions by default, and you can filter transactions by date or type.

View, print, or download your payment history (including monthly statements)

You can find your payment history, including monthly statements, on your "Transactions" page. All your payments account transactions are organized by month and by transaction type so you can easily find things like earnings, payments, adjustments, and taxes for a billing period.

To view your payment history:

1. Sign in to your AdSense or AdSense for YouTube account.
2. Click Payments, then Payments info.
3. If you have separate payments accounts for AdSense and YouTube, make sure you select the correct payments account.
4. Click View transactions.
   Your payment history defaults to the detailed transaction view for the last three months.
5. Click a monthly statement to view the list of transactions for that billing period.
6. You have the option to download or print a monthly statement:
   • Click Download 👁 Image
     . You can download your payment history in comma-separated values (CSV) format. You can import the records into a spreadsheet.
   • Click Print 👁 Image
     . This opens a window showing the transactions. Print them with your browser’s Print command.

Customize your transaction view

You can use the options at the top of the page to filter and search your transactions.

1. Sign in to your AdSense or AdSense for YouTube account.
2. Click Payments, then Payments info.
3. If you have separate payments accounts for AdSense and YouTube, make sure you select the correct payments account.
4. Click View transactions.
   Your payment history defaults to the detailed transaction view for the last three months.
5. Select Detailed transaction view or Summary view from the leftmost Down arrow 👁 Image
   .
6. Click the Down arrow 👁 Image
   next to "All transactions", and select a transaction type:
   • All transactions
   • Earnings: Any applicable earnings are displayed as monthly transactions.
   • Payments: Any payments made to you.
   • Adjustments: Usually, any credits applied to your account.
   • Taxes: The applicable taxes that apply to your account.
7. Choose the time period you want to review. You can select a preset date range or choose your own custom date range. If you choose Custom date range, enter a date range and click Apply.

Access a payment receipt

A payment receipt is available in your account for each individual payment you receive. This receipt is a printable page that contains relevant details about that specific payment.

To view a payment receipt for a specific payment:

1. Sign in to your AdSense or AdSense for YouTube account.
2. Click Payments, then Payments info.
3. If you have separate payments accounts for AdSense and YouTube, make sure you select the correct payments account.
4. Click View transactions.

   Your payment history defaults to the detailed transaction view for the last three months.

5. Make sure you're in the Detailed transaction view (this is the default). If not, select it from the view options.
6. Use the filter options (date range, transaction type) to locate the specific payment for which you need a receipt.
7. Look for a hyperlink on the individual payment transaction that says "Automatic payment". Click this link.

   A printable receipt will appear in a new browser window or tab.
