3. Back up your photos
You can automatically save your photos and videos to your Google Account with Backup.
Make sure to do this on your old phone first to find them on your new phone:
- On your Android device, open the Google Photos app 👁 Photos
. - Sign in to your Google Account.
- At the top right, tap your account profile photo or initial.
- Tap Photos settings 👁 and then
Backup. - Turn Backup on or off.
