Fix Google Assistant screenshot settings
Important: This feature doesn’t work on iPhones or iPads.
If the Google Assistant won’t take screenshots, try these steps to fix the issue:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app 👁 Image
. - Tap Apps 👁 and then
Default apps 👁 and then
Digital assistant app. - Turn on Use screenshot and Use text from screen.
