If you want to update your reply to a customer review, you can edit or delete your reply.

👁 Edit or delete your review reply

1. Go to your Business Profile.
2. Select Read reviews.
3. Under the review reply that you want to edit, select Edit.
   • If you want to delete your reply, select Delete 👁 and then
     Delete.
4. In the dialog box, edit your reply.
5. Select Update.
