Manage user access

List of user role permissions

Permissions control access to view or change data in Campaign Manager 360. Different users can have different sets of permissions. It depends which user role (a set of permissions) you assign to their profile in Campaign Manager 360.

To change permissions in a user role, view your user roles (Admin > User roles), open the user role. Note that this will affect every user that has this user role. Learn more about user roles and user access

Permissions in Campaign Manager 360

In your permissions options, "full access" means access to create, edit, delete, or otherwise change the related item; "modify access" means access to edit the item but not to create or delete; "read-only" means access to view properties or related pages but not to change anything.

Reporting permissions

These permissions determine access to view data in Reporting. Note that changes to Reporting permissions can take up to two hours to be reflected in Report Builder.

Enables the user to delete any saved reports, including reports saved by other users.

Enables access to Verification profiles.

Enables access to the Verification component.

Enables the user to insert offline conversions using with DCM/DFA Reporting and Trafficking API. Learn more

Enables the user to make changes to all saved reports, including reports saved by other users. Users with filters applied to their profiles will only be able to view and select objects that they have permission to access when running a report.

Enables users to download any files generated by any user in the same account or subaccount. These files are visible even if they contain data types for which the user doesn't have the necessary permissions.

Enables the user to view click-through conversions data.

Enables the user to view Campaign Manager 360 placement cost information in reports.

Enables the user to view Cookie Reach Overlap reports.

Enables the user to view data on custom Floodlight variables.

Enables the user to view Search Ads 360 data.

Enables the user to view Floodlight impressions and unattributed conversions.

Enables the user to view Path to Conversion reports.

Enables the user to view revenue data.

Enables the user to view the Time Lag to Conversion report.

Enables the user to view data for view-through conversions.

Trafficking permissions

The permissions define access to elements of Trafficking.

Enables access to the account properties and advanced settings.

Enables access to ads and ad properties. Note that users with read-only access to ads can still create ads auutomatically if they have full access to creatives: they can assign the creatives to placements.

Enables access to advertiser groups.

Enables access to the advertisers page and advertiser properties.

Enables the user to create, edit, and delete campaigns. There's no "read-only" permission for campaigns because all Campaign Manager 360 users can view them.

Enables the user to create, edit, and delete content categories. There's no corresponding "read-only" permission for content categories because all Campaign Manager 360 users can view them.

Enables access to creatives and creative properties.

Enables access to Floodlight configurations, activities, and variables.

Enables the user to override P2C settings on the Floodlight configuration page.

Enables access to the payment source, cost structure, and flighting information for placements, packages, and roadblocks.

Enables the user to create, edit, and delete placement strategies. There's no corresponding 'read-only' permission for placement strategies because all Campaign Manager 360 users can view them.

Enables access to placements and placement properties.

Enables access to audience lists (remarketing lists).

Enables access to sites, site properties, and (for full-access users) mapping from the Site Directory.

Enables access to subaccounts.

Your checkboxes enable the user to export tags, either in general or only for placements without default ads.

Enables access to the user profiles and user profile properties.

Enables access to the user roles and user role properties.
