1. Learn about Move Goals

Aside from the steps you take, Fitbit Ace also tracks a range of movement, from low to high intensity.

Your child’s Move Goal starts at 90 points, which is the equivalent of 45 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous activity (Active Minutes [icon]) daily. They can adjust this goal on their Fitbit Ace. The World Health Organization recommends children do an average of 60 minutes.

Help your child set a new Move Goal

  1. Tap your Move points total on the home screen 👁 Image

     Set Goal.
  2. Swipe left or right to choose the desired goal in the list.
  3. Tap 👁 Image
    to confirm the selected goal.
  1. Open the Fitbit Ace app 👁 Image
    on your phone.
  2. On your child’s card, select Movement 👁 Image
    .
  3. From there, you can access your child’s weekly Move goal progress, daily step count, and Active and Light minutes.
