4. Correctly charge your Fitbit Ace LTE

To correctly charge your Fitbit Ace LTE, place the watch on the charger with the cable that comes out from the side where the buttons are located. Your Fitbit Ace LTE will only charge in this orientation.

If your Fitbit Ace LTE stops charging, clean the back of the watch with a slightly damp cloth. Check the pins on the charger to make sure they aren’t recessed.
