Google Ads App campaign not running: Certain features used in ad campaigns
Your campaign may be paused if:
- You’re using certain features, and
- Your account doesn't have a good history of policy compliance and positive user engagement
What you can do
To get your ads running again, you'll need to complete one of the following:
- Complete advertiser verification.
- Link your account to a Manager Account (MCC) with a history of policy compliance.
