Troubleshoot problems with only one app
Try these steps if you have problems when you try to download a specific app.
- Open the Google Play Store app ๐ Google Play
. - Find and tap the app you want to download.
- On the appโs page, it says whether the app's available for your device.
- If itโs not available, you canโt download it.
- Open the Google Play Store app ๐ Google Play
. - At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & device ๐ and then
Manage. - Tap the name of the app you want to delete ๐ and then
Uninstall. - To reinstall it, tap Install or Enable.
