Manage game progress linked to your Google Account

To get started, create a dedicated gaming profile that’s linked to your Google Account with a gamer name and avatar. Learn how to create or change your Play Games profile.

When you sign in to supported games, you can:

• Play across Android phones, tablets, or computers.
• Participate in leaderboards.
• Earn achievements.
• Automatically save your game.

Manage your profile

To find your profile:

Through Android settings:

1. On your device, open the Settings app.
2. Tap your Account (Google services and preferences) or Google, as appropriate for your device.
3. Tap All Services 👁 and then
   Play Games.

Through Web:

• On your browser, go to https://play.google.com/games/profile.

Through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play app 👁 Google Play
   .
2. At the top right, tap your Profile icon.
3. Tap Settings 👁 and then
   General 👁 and then
   Play Games profile.

Manage progress linked to your Google Account

Important: This is only relevant for players who don't have a Games Profile yet. If you already have a Games Profile, refer to Play Games profile privacy & other settings.

With this setting, you’ll find your game progress linked to your Google Account. After you create your Play Games profile, your progress that was linked to your Google Account will be linked to your Play Games profile. This makes it easier for you to play across devices.

1. On your Android phone, tap Settings 👁 and then
   Google.
2. Select All services tab.
3. Tap Settings for Google apps 👁 and then
   Play Games 👁 and then
   Manage progress linked to your Google Account.
4. Make adjustments on progress links.
5. To save the changes, tap Save.

On an Android phone or tablet

1. On your device, open the Settings app.
2. Tap your Account (Google services and preferences) or Google, as appropriate for your device.
3. Tap All Services 👁 and then
   Play Games 👁 and then
   Manage progress linked to your Google Account.
4. To let games link your progress to your Google Account, toggle on the option to link all your progress.
