Mark a place reopened or closed on Google Maps

Important: You can only edit business attributes in select countries and regions.

If you’re familiar with a place, you can provide feedback. Feedback helps Google Maps decide whether to change a place's operating status.

You can mark a place as:

  • Temporarily closed
  • Permanently closed
  • Doesn’t exist here
  • Duplicate of another place
  • Offensive, harmful, or misleading
  • Not open to the public
  • Moved to a new location
  • Reopened (if it’s shown as closed)

Do not mark a place open or closed based on its hours. Closure refers to whether or not a place is still open for business.
