Delete return policies for Shopping ads and free listings
If necessary, you can remove the return policy for your Shopping ads and free listings. Once you’ve removed your return policy, it may take up to 2 days for your ads to reflect this change.
Instructions
To remove your return policy, follow these steps:
- In your Merchant Center account, select Shipping and returns in the page menu.
- Click the Return policies tab.
- Under “Your return policies”, select the checkbox next to the policies you want to delete.
- Click the trash can icon.
Note: If this policy has exceptions, they'll be deleted too. Policies and exceptions can’t be restored after they’re deleted. Before deleting a policy, ensure that the correct Merchant Center account is selected.
