Set up automated discounts
Step 2 of 5: Select online store platform and currency
- In your Merchant Center account, go to the Automated discounts tab in the "Marketing" section.
- Follow the instructions in the "Automated discounts" page to select how your online store is built and a currency to show in automated discounts when reporting your product performance, then select Save.
The Automated discounts page opens.Note: You can select a currency that is different from the currency in your Merchant Center product data. If you need to change the currency or online store platform you selected and saved in automated discounts, contact Google support.
- If you selected Shopify or another online store platform in the previous step, go to Set up automated discounts, then view "Shopify and other online store platforms" and follow the steps for the platform you selected to continue setting up automated discounts. Otherwise, go to Step 3 of 5: Add products to automated discounts.
