Pickup cost and minimum order values will be required in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and all EEA countries for in store products enabled for pickup

In addition to the changes announced in the annual product data specification update, the following changes will also apply: 

New local inventory ads and free local listings attributes: We’re adding a new pickup cost  attribute to allow merchants to specify the associated pickup costs for in-store products, enabling accurate total costs to be shown on local inventory ads and free local listings. See below for future requirements associated with pickup costs and minimum order values for in-store products.

Changes beginning September 30, 2026

The pickup cost and minimum order value attributes will be required  in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and all EEA countries for in_store products enabled for pickup: Starting September 30 2026, if pickup costs or minimum order values are applied on your website and in_store products are enabled for pickup, you will have to provide the associated costs using the pickup cost and minimum order value attributes.
