Configure your account
This page explains how to sign up for the Google Customer Reviews feature within your Google Merchant Center account.
Note: If you already have a Google Merchant Center account, skip to 2.
1. Create a Merchant Center account
- Visit merchants.google.com.
- Click Create an account, and follow the prompts to sign up.

2. Opt in to Google Customer Reviews
- In Merchant Center, make sure your account is verified and claimed.
- Click Settings 👁 Tools and setting menu icon [Gear]
in the left navigation menu. - Select Add-ons.
- Find the “Google Customer Reviews” add-on card under the “Discover” tab.
- Click Activate.
