Stretch a low battery’s power on Pixel phone
To help a dying battery last until you can plug in your phone, you can turn on Battery Saver. You can also make temporary changes to your settings to stretch your remaining battery power.

Turn on Battery Saver & Extreme Battery Saver
Avoid high-drain activities
- Use navigation for long periods.
- Watch videos.
- Play graphics-heavy games.
- Tether your phone (hotspots).
- Use GPS for long periods.
- Stream videos or music.
- Make phone calls on the move, like in a car.
- Use the camera much.
- Play highly interactive games.
- Use apps for long periods.
Limit connectivity & location
- Swipe down from the top of your phone's screen.
- Tap Bluetooth 👁 Image

Important: Many apps and features won’t work without Location services.
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Location.
- Turn off Use location or Location.
