Change your Pixel Slate's screen color
To help your eyes in dim light, you can change the colors of your Pixel Slate’s screen. Red hues are easier to see at night and can help you fall asleep later.
Change your screen color yourself at any time
- In the bottom right, select the time to open your status area.
- Select Settings 👁 Image
. - In the "Device" section, select Displays.
- Under "Night Light," turn on Night Light.
- Under "Color temperature," adjust the color.
Automatically change your screen color at night
- In the bottom right, select the time to open your status area.
- Select Settings 👁 Image
. - In the "Device" section, select Displays.
- Under "Night Light," turn on Night Light.
- Choose when to change your screen's color in the "Schedule" section
- Custom time: Enter a start time and end time.
- Sunset to sunrise: Use your current location’s sunset and sunrise times to control Night Light.
- Turn off: To stop night mode from turning on automatically, select Never.
