Report on social campaigns and "Engine track" client accounts
To view and report on performance and engagement metrics, you need to log in to your Preferred Marketing Developer (PMD) or social media marketing partner client account, export the metrics, and upload them into Search Ads 360. Learn more about how Search Ads 360 collects social reporting data.
View social performance and engagement metrics
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 account.
- Navigate to a social media or an "Engine track" client account.
- On the page menu, select Campaigns.
- Above the table, adjust the report's time range to include only a time period for which social metrics have been uploaded into Search Ads 360.
- To modify the columns in your report, do the following:
- Select the columns icon 👁 Image
. - Select Engagement metrics to expand the section, then select the metrics you want to report on.
- Select Apply.
- Select the columns icon 👁 Image
You can now view metrics for the set of campaigns or accounts you’re scoped into.
