Fix error messages for promotions
You may encounter these errors when using a promotion code. For additional info on the offer’s eligibility, restrictions, and validity period, refer to the promotion’s terms and conditions.
This error message means that the promo code was already used.
If you've previously returned an order that contained a promo code, the promo code will not reactivate. If you try to use the same promo code on a new order you will get this error. Please contact support for any questions with applying promo codes to previous orders.
This error message means that the promo code is expired and no longer valid.
This error message means that you can’t use the promo code on the items in your cart.
This error message means that the code entered isn't a valid promo code.
This error message means that the promo code isn’t valid in your current country or region.
This error message means that you're enrolled as a referrer for a referral program. You can't redeem any referral codes at checkout. You can only share your referral codes with others.
This error message means that the promo code isn’t valid for your address. This could be due to area restrictions.
This error message means that the promo code has been used a maximum number of times.
This error message means that you used all your available promo codes.
This error message means the promo code is an exclusive offer that's only eligible for a select group of users to use.
This error message means the promo code is exclusive to the My Pixel mobile app and can be redeemed there.
