Restart your watch
If you need to restart your watch, you can go through the settings or use the power button on your watch.
Press and hold the power button
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds or until your watch shuts off.
Note: If your watch has 3 buttons, the one in the middle is the power button. If your watch does not have a power button, follow the instructions below.
Restart through your watch's settings
- If your screen is dim, tap it to wake up the watch.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Tap Settings 👁 Settings
👁 and then
System.- If you don't see it right away, swipe left and tap Settings 👁 Settings
.
- If you don't see it right away, swipe left and tap Settings 👁 Settings
- Scroll down and tap Restart 👁 Restart
.
If you need to clear all data from your watch, you can reset your watch to factory settings. If you need more help, contact your watch manufacturer.
