    Hello, I personally dislike the new address bar (also known as Megabar), mainly because it is enlarged without any user intervention, even if I only want to open a bookmark without typing anything in there.

    Is there a setting in about:config to disable focus in the address bar for new tabs? Thanks.

    Approximately every hour I am forced to exit and start the browser over again for it becomes unable to load websites. The problem has happened the first time upon upgrading from 53b10 to 53RC1 and has not been solved ever since. My PC is connected to the Internet via a McAfee Web Gateway proxy, version 7.6.2.6.0.22529 that I cannot upgrade or reconfigure.

    Beyoind the usual troubleshooting steps I've tried to create a new profile, to use Nightly, to change several parameters via about:config (for example change http version, disable spdy, disable http2, disable prefetch, disable IPV6, configure keep-alive) with no success. This condition is true also on other PCs of the network, so I ask you and advice before opening a bug.

    P.S. I am Locale Leader for Italian in SUMO and part of the official Italian Mozilla Support team, so I also ask you not to redirect me to the usual "basic troubleshooting" articles: I would need a higher level support. Thanks.

    Hello, since some version pressing the ALT+S version makes the "Tools" menu pop-up.

    Now, that very shortcut is used in the Simple Machines Forum (and other forums) to post a message in the board. Would it be possible to remap or disable the Firefox shortcut (which I don't use)?

    edit: I'm using the Italian localized version of Firefox 47 beta so I presume the English version hasn't the same shortcut.

    Hello, is there a way to reopen the last closed tab with a middle click on the tab bar? A preference in about:config would be better, or a very simple addon (preferably with only this feature). I don't want to install "monster" addons like Tab Mix Plus or Session Restore.

    Hello, is there any possibility to disable the session restore (using about:config or any other means)? I am not interested at all in saving the previous session, and I would like the browser would not drain any computer resource to make something I consider utterly useless.

    Some time ago I used the preference browser.sessionstore.enabled set to false to inhibit this behavior, but I think it works no more.

    I'm using Firefox 29 since the first beta, and I have done several menu customization. But if I remove the "Star+Bookmark" icon the next restart I find it again in its default location (i.e. before the menu button). Other items added to the toolbar vanish after the restart as well.

    I've tried to revert to default and the problem remains.

    I've also tried to delete the localstore.rdf file and the problem still remains.

    The problem is somehow similar to this

    I'd prefer not to create a new profile since I have many extensions, so I ask you if there is some other file, containing these customizations, that I could try to delete.
