KIDS & TEEN SUMMER CAMPS
This summer, young chefs and bakers can build their skills from scratch in our immersive weeklong camps! Beginning June 15, our Baking and Cooking Camps invite kids and teens to dive into hands-on culinary experiences. Under the guidance of our expert Chef Instructors, students work in pairs to mix, knead, sauté, and bake their way toward real kitchen confidence, while also learning teamwork, organization, and responsibility.
Technique Classes
The Gourmandise School’s Technique Classes are designed to give you solid foundational skills in a particular area of cooking.
Chocolate Classes
Indulge your chocolate cravings and elevate your skills with our specialized chocolate classes. Learn the delicate art of chocolate tempering or crafting your own artisan chocolate from the cacao bean to the chocolate bar in our “Bean to Bar” class.
Parent & Child Classes
Looking for a fun way to spend quality time with your child? Our 2.5-hour Parent & Child classes are an excellent way to introduce your little chef to the kitchen! Your child (ages 6-11) will learn baking and cooking skills at their level from professional instructors.
