Brie Hines
Brie Hines is a self-taught, Chicago-based painter whose work explores hyper-femininity. Her paintings layer cheeky references, thick textures, and striking colors to capture the layered and complex experience of being seen as a woman. Brie’s broader practice is embodied in The Brie Show, a culmination of her creative endeavors that expands beyond painting into fashion, branding, and wearable art, including hand-painted clothing. Check out her work in the Hox Gallery down in the lobby.
