I found this as an example for a daily healthy eating:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Homemade trail mix
Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broccoli
That's a lot of food! I'm sure they mean small portioned meals. It goes with the not eating just 3 big meals a day.
