I'm Damien Laureaux, French, 40 years old and 20 years of experience as Backend/Frontend Developer, Mobile Developer, DevOps and Cloud Engineer working in and for small to large companies.
Self-taught, effective problem solver who enjoys participating in the automation of everything to reduce manual processes, cost and improve the quality of the releases with a predilection for mobile app and cloud projects.
A long-life learner, always in search of new challenges, enjoying sharing skills and experiences with people, I use my free time to contribute to the Open-Source community when I'm not attending a Meetup :)
Continuous Integration & delivery of mobile apps, frontend or backend. Pipelines as Code configuration from a GIT commit to the app stores or Cloud (Docker, Serverless, etc.)
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to create scalable and secure clusters of servers (ECS, EKS, etc.), on-demand computes (EC2) and microservices architectures
App containerisation with Docker using CI pipelines. Containers lifecycle management, configuration & optimisation. Deployment to the major Cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure)
More than 5 years using GoCD for CI/CD of mobile, backend and API projects. Created the only mobile client for GoCD, using their API
