is a Forum Quest set in a slightly alternate version of Worm- Victoria Dallon, aka Glory Girl / Antares, never Triggered like in Worm… early/mid February 2011, in which she finally does. Instead of becoming a normal Parahuman, Fragile One not believing herself enough pleaded for something useful. With the ability to search The Multiverse, Victoria gained the Power to Project Emulations of the diverse individuals Fragile One manages to locate with her ‘wonderful’ gift provided by the Queen Administrator.
Companion Quest provides examples of:
- Adaptational Early Appearance: As one of the deviations caused by Victoria Dallon only recently Triggering, characters like Taylor Hebert get involved earlier than normal- Taylor specifically wanting to interact with a fellow New Trigger who she can talk with, in this case being Victoria/Prominence.
- Adaptation Name Change: Due to the differing circumstances of her Trigger & initial Emulation, Victoria Dallon took on the name Prominence for her Cape identity. Similarly, for convenience’s sake, Fragile One is regularly called Filo.
- Adaptational Superpower Change: Victoria Dallon didn’t Trigger in 2009 like in canon, instead triggering in February 2011. She didn't develop the powers of her canonical counterpart Glory Girl / Antares. Instead, due to her Shard being given a ‘glorified search bar’, Victoria instead possesses the Power to Emulate an individual from somewhere in The Multiverse to then gain permanent replicas of several of their most important/memorable Abilities and/or Equipment.
- Anti-Hero: Officially Hic Svnt Dracones is considered a Villain due to her lack of a No-Killing Code. She self-identifies as a Hero regardless, primarily targeting those she considers Villains or Criminals with little concern for collateral or anyone’s reasons for being present.
- Anti-Villain: Self-Help, on the other hand, are primarily Villains due to their lack of concern for others’ opinions- being varying degrees of LGBT+ living in a city with the E88 didn’t make things easy.
- Awakening the Sleeping Giant: Due to Filo's Emulations being near-flawless replicas of the original, as Lucoa/Quetzalcoatl she held a strong stance to not intervene. First time she did was to stop Fog and Night from killing Victoria though the more notable second instance- The Simurgh tried to kill Victoria, with Fragile One/Filo willingly tapping into Lucoa/Quetzatcoal's True Power in retaliation. The end result? The Simurgh being thrown into the Planet Venus.
- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Upon completing her 'training' for Form Shift Dragon, Victoria/Prominence gained the ability to transform into a 60 foot Loong. There are also the Endbringers, the largest being Behemoth at 45-50 feet with The Simurgh technically only being 15-feet if not counting her wings.
- Beauty Is Never Tarnished: Justified Example, due to D For Dragon being an actual superpower Victoria/Prominence learned from Lucoa/Quetzalcoatl- making it so Victoria is always in an optimally aesthetically pleasing state, regardless of any wounds or filth stuck on her body. However…
- Chekhov's Skill: Filo as Lucoa/Quetzalcoatl has made multiple reference to the ex-Goddess’ involvement with creating humans, seemingly as just random information about her current Emulation. In an attempt to explain to Amy Dallon the vague & questionable distinctions defining Biotinkering, she creates an exact replica of Amy from mere corn.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Due to Victoria’s/Prominence’s overwhelming abilities a substantial amount of Non-Brutes and/or Non-Movers fare little chance against her. As shown by Kaiser’s realization upon fighting Prominence one-on-one and her casually smacking around Capes like Victor.
- D-Cup Distress: Due to D For Dragon being a general aesthetic upgrade, Victoria also became more ‘physically attractive’ by human standards- resulting in various inconveniences, such as needing to replace her clothes, provide an explanation that doesn’t out her as a Cape, and deal with her mother’s awkward attempts to help.
- Didn't See That Coming: The E88 knew nothing about Prominence’s existence, being completely unprepared for her sudden involvement in their attempted raid to break out Purity after she was captured. As a result, Prominence successfully defeated 9 of their Capes (including Kaiser) leaving the remaining 4 easily beaten by the other Capes who chose to oppose them.
- Elemental Powers: Due to receiving Magic Lessons from the Emulation of Lucoa/Quetzalcoatl Victoria/Prominence gained access to a large range of abilities that can be considered ‘elemental’- such as control over plant-life to more esoteric things such as time & space.
- Our Dragons Are Different: Besides the canonical Lung, there is also Hic Svnt Dracones who can create Draconic Replicas of other Parahuman Powers. Neither are proper dragons however, Victoria Dallon aka Prominence being the first true instance of a Loong due to Emulating Lucoa/Quetzalcoatl from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid
- Outside-Context Problem: Due to Victoria’s/Filo’s unrestricted ability to examine The Multiverse, numerous things not meant to be involved in Worm, such as genuine magic result in Powers like Thinkers & Trumps not working correctly due to having never witnessed such before nor meant to study/counter them.
- Powered Armor: A common staple of Tinkers such as Armsmaster, others such as Self-Help also use them. Several of Self-Help are actually ordinary humans pretending to be Parahumans.
- Reality Warper: Due to the nature of Victoria's/Filo's Emulations, elements of those realities can potentially ‘bleed’ over into Earth Bet. Officially it is an optional effect that can be 'bought' but certain individuals are able to force their way through regardless.
- Relationship Values: In a similar fashion to Persona 3 progression on Victoria’s bonds with others is given a numerical value between 1-to-10. While technically there are no mechanical benefits, as in any relationship the closer one is to Victoria the more likely they are to do positive things- such as Taylor warming up from her insecurities & Amy coming to terms with her powers.
- Super-Empowering: Beyond just Victoria gaining new Abilities from her Emulations, certain ones also come with methods to empower others such as the Emblem Rings/Bracelets of Fire Emblem Engage & certain effects can do similar such as enabling the performance of Magic.
- The Power of the Sun: Due to completing her Training/Conversion into a True Dragon, Victoria Dallon’s Magical Affinity is for Solar/Light-based Magics, allowing her to do among many things turn sand into glass and render metal into molten slag. Though not limited to such Magics, her spells still do better when her Affinity is involved.
