Revised Classification of 1500 Bright Galaxies.
Abstract
Revised morphologic types, together with approximate photographic magnitudes and dimensions, are listed for about 1500 bright galaxies of both hemispheres; references to published photographs are given for 365 typical objects. Tables of frequencies of revised types and of correlations with other classification systems are presented.
