Huge Dust Structures and Cavities Around PNe: NGC 6826 and NGC 2899
Abstract
Recently discovered IRAS dust structures around NGC 6826 and NGC 2899 are studied. We found sizes up to several dozens of pc. These structures apparently started to form in the AGB phase, are not spherically symmetric, and can shape the halos of PNe because of interaction.
