Allie Jansen serves as the Institute for the Study of War’s Director of Human Resources. Allie’s key responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits and workplace compliance. She provides strategic guidance to both employees and leadership on various HR-related issues and works to find solutions that support ISW’s mission and vision.

Prior to joining ISW, Allie spent six years in the recruitment space, with over three years dedicated to strategic growth and national sales team expansion for pharmaceutical companies, Allie most recently worked in the non-profit space supporting a women’s fraternity in a Human Resources Manager role. 

Allie graduated from Manchester University with a B.S. in Psychology with a double minor in Communications and Peace Studies.
