Andrew Becht is a Program Manager in the Office of the President at the Institute for the Study of War. He brings experience from Congress and the federal government, most recently serving as Director of Operations and Scheduling at the Export–Import Bank of the United States. At EXIM, he led the planning and execution of more than 150 domestic and international engagements for the President and Chair, including work with foreign heads of state and high-level government delegations. He also ran preparations for congressional testimony, bilateral meetings, and interagency engagements involving the White House, State Department, and Department of Defense.

Before joining EXIM, Andrew worked in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Charlie Crist of Florida and Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi of Illinois, where he supported legislative and oversight work and gained a practical understanding of how congressional offices operate.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida, with a concentration in criminology and terrorism.
