Carolyn Weinstein is a Geospatial Researcher at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). She first joined ISW as a Geospatial Intelligence and National Security Technologies intern before transitioning to a staff role in July 2025. Carolyn is also an alum of the Hertog War Studies Program. She holds a B.A. in History, Geography, and Political Science from SUNY New Paltz, where she received the Chancellor’s Award for academic excellence, research, and service.
