Mission

Our mission is to bring together people from diverse backgrounds and viewpoints to build understanding, reduce polarization, and strengthen our shared sense of community. Our bridging dialogues – where we bring together small, evenly divided groups of conservative and liberal leaning individuals – clarify disagreements, reduce stereotypes, and uncover common values.

What we offer?

  • Core Bridging Dialogues - Foundational basics
  • Common Ground Workshops - Single issue work (e.g., immigration, education, poverty, etc.)
  • Salons - meeting monthly dialogues for β€œalumni” to strengthen relationships, deepen understanding of issues, and explore opportunities for taking joint action.

What do participants gain?

  • Understand the lived experiences and beliefs of people with different perspectives.
  • Find areas of common ground while honoring real differences.
  • Learn skills to engage across divides with curiosity and respect.
