Listening to the BBC World Service the other day (on August 14, 2006) we heard a program about Star-Trek, the cell-phone and the future of the communications revolution. Well, during the program we were absolutely stunned to learn that one Dave Edmonds, the producer of the program (who, by the way, is also co-author of the book "Bobby Fischer Goes to War"), is not a human being at all but an android! But surely the BBC announcer was only speaking in jest, because everybody knows that Dave Edmonds is a living, breathing, flesh and blood son-of-a-bitch.
