VOOZH | about |
As of 1 August 2011, administrative support for students and academics in the delivery and assessment of taught programmes at UEA has been moved from School and Faculty Teaching Offices into a centralized department called the Learning and Teaching Service. We deal with all aspects of academic life from registration, enrolments on modules and assessments to QA issues, regulations and concessions. The offices of LTS are organised into 4 Hubs, found in ARTS, Edith Cavell, Elizabeth Fry and Zicer (see below for your Hub).
We are in the process of updating and moving the web pages that provide you with information and guidance on what we do to help with taught programmes at UEA. As we do so, the links will appear in the column on the left of this page. In the meantime, we can direct you to the previous pages that existed under Faculties and School Teaching Offices through the links below. They should still be accurate on regulations and processes, but contact names will be different under LTS. See the phone directory and look under LTS on page 22 onwards for more details. Alternatively, click on the Hub names below to see staffing plans for each Hub with names and numbers.
