Architecture
RDNA 3 is AMD's chiplet-based GPU architecture, combining a 5nm Graphics Compute Die (GCD) with 6nm Memory Cache Dies (MCDs). It introduces AI accelerators and a new unified compute unit design.
AI Relevance
