US and Kurdish forces hold joint military exercise in north-eastern Syria
Members of the US-led international coalition against the Islamic State (IS) group and the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) hold a joint military exercise in the countryside of Syria's eastern province of Deir Ezzor, near the Iraqi border.
