Pakistan: Evacuated residents await help after deadly floods
Thousands of flood-affected people are living in makeshift houses and tents. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has declared a state of emergency. In a statement issued on Thursday, the United Nations said it had allocated $3 million to humanitarian agencies and partners in Pakistan to deal with the floods.
