Just Amazon. I did a perfect installation, but the fingerprint was not working. I told Amazon it was defective and wanted a new one. They told me to send it back? It’s going to cost me my protection on the glass itself plus gas! I simply reached out to MagGlass and they were great! I plan on buying one for my iPhone if they have it. That’s how much I like there protection it’s just unfortunate it did not work on the Samsung S22 ultra.

It looks awful, like my phone is covered in tv static and is very dirty. The fingeprint scanner doesnt work at all. The texture is absolutely awful. There are bubbles and if you try to get them out, it looks like you let a child with sticky hands smear their fingers on the screen. Bad.

I dont suggest buying this one. Too thick It can not read my finger prints. Also has a black trim around the bottom and top not shown in the picture.

EDIT: the fingerprint reader works fine when you first register but somehow over time it becomes as useful as the pixel 6 fingerprint reader. I know cause I had it and got rid of it partly do to the poor reader.

PROS - it hugs the curves perfectly. It was incredibly easy to apply. And obviously the price is great.

CONS - there’s a very clear circle that’s meant for the finger print scanner (see image). Which it does as stated in the pros. But it’s something that I didn’t realize would be there.

It wasn’t until I looked at the marketing photo that I realized that it shows it. It’s obviously distracting but it’s something you can get used to.

Granted you see it more when the screen is off or dark. When you’re using it normally it’s not that obvious (see example I shared)

I think something that I didn’t expect, but is 100% my fault, is that this is a matte screen protector. I somehow didn’t catch that in the title. Its funny, I mind it being matte more than the visible circle.

I feel that this being matte and that there’s a clear and visible circle for the fingerprint reader should be made a bit more obvious.

Overall this screen protector seems fine. I would prefer it to not be matte but it is what it is.

Lastly I feel the title should be ‘Magglass Matte Tempered Glass screen protector for the S22 ultra”

Cause most people like myself are only reading if it’s tempered glass or if it’s TPU.

I have tried multiple screen protectors on my Galaxy S22 Ultra, and this one is so far the best. The fingerprint sensor is actually able to detect my fingerprint within the first couple of tries as opposed to not at all with other protectors I have tried. I like the anti-glare because it really does help in settings with bright lighting, but I have noticed there is still a bit of a glare when the sun is shining directly on my phone. The anti-glare coating does make the screen surface feel a bit odd while moving your finger around/across the screen, but you get used to it after a while. The surface also still gets smudged with fingerprints, but it is better than the other options.

The only problem I have had was with the installation instructions. The mistake I made was that I didn't wait long enough for the outer edges adhesive to adhere to the phone edges *before* I put my phone case on. Unfortunately, when I put my case on, it caused the lower right corner of the screen protector to lift up & crack. The screen protector has a warranty on it, and the company was kind enough to send me a replacement really quickly!

My installation advice is to push the screen protector as far down to the bottom of the screen as possible with the plastic installation guide on (this will help with the lower edges & will ensure the camera cutout is in the right place). With the plastic guide on, seriously rub the fingerprint sensor area to get it to adhere & then use lighter pressure around the exterior edges to get them to lightly adhere. Carefully take the plastic installation guide off & then use full pressure around the exterior edges until you see they have adhered (if you look at the edges at the right angle in a well-lit setting, you can see the adherence around the edges). Wait a few hours to give the edges a little more time to completely adhere and *then* put your case on. The fingerprint sensor area also needs around a day to completely adhere to the surface, so if possible, wait a day or so before setting up your fingerprints in the UI.

Two weeks in and it literally fell off my phone. Very disappointed. The adhesive was trash. I'm upset because I loved the finish and look but, it didn't hold up to the warmth of being in my back pocket.

Mag glass makes great products I've used them in the past and this is no different. I love the look of the matte finish and it works really well with my Aspen. I followed the instructions to the letter and it was a smooth install. Whenever I put on a new screen protector I leave my case off for a few days just to let it sit in properly but 48 hours later it began peeling on the right hand corner and I wasn't able to get it back in place and it's very annoying and it doesn't look good when it's peeling up like that

I applied this screen protector on my S22 Ultra with a phone case attached and it covers the entire screen (including the edge display). Outside of the box all you do is remove the protective film layer from the tempered glass and place on your phone screen. No bubbles, no hassles, fast and simple installation!

Da der Fingerabdruck Sensor nicht funktioniert wenn der Schutz drauf ist ist es Unbrauchbar!!!

Initially I was really happy with the product - very easy to apply.

But then I got a crack in the corner. Which continued cracking.

Contacted the company re their life time warranty.

They were pretty responsive, confirmed it was a one off replacement.

They sent me a voucher and said it could only be used directly with Encased.

I went to repurchase but the voucher was only $20 which meant I had to pay extra to replace the item that was supposed to be covered by their limited warranty. Not happy.

Also, despite the product info saying the circle on the fingerprint sensor would disappear after short time it never did.

I got less than a months coverage from this item.

Installed %100 properly. The screen has a grainy look when installed. The fingerprint sensor is pretty much useless with this screen protector. And yes I adjusted the sensitivity. The reality is, this protector isn't made perfectly so it doesn't sit perfectly flat on your screen. After many attempts to reapply it for better result it ended up cracking. complete garbage and total waste of money. I should of know better.

Von der matten Oberfläche habe ich mir erhofft, dass weniger Reflektionen auftreten und weniger Fingerabdrücke zu sehen sind. Das ist aber nicht der Fall. Die Oberfläche spiegelt genauso - und Fingerabdrücke sind genauso zu sehen. Zusätzlich macht der Finger Geräusche, wenn er über die Oberfläche gleitet. Mich stört das. Mit dem Fingerabdrucksensor kann ich hingegen arbeiten, das ist meiner Meinung nach das geringste Problem. Was mich hier viel mehr stört: Damit der Fingerabdrucksensor funktioniert ist - und zwar nur an dieser Stelle(!) - auf dem Panzerglas eine Art Haftgel aufgebracht - und das sieht man. Man würde ja vermuten, dass das Geld flächig aufgetragen ist - aber man sieht nur deshalb keine Blasen - weil es dafür gar kein Medium gibt. Ich würde mir das Panzerglas nicht noch einmal kaufen und meide ab jetzt die Marke.
