    Nice laptop! Light and Easily portable.
    This laptop is perfect for traveling. I have a desktop and want the ability to do schoolwork away from home. This is perfect! It’s light and easily fits in my backpack. I chose blue while it was on sale before it went out of stock 🥳 really relaxing color for this laptop. I also got a clear case and screen protector; I will be getting a stylus soon.

      Very slim and light laptop and the small size makes it a good device on the go. The quality feels sturdy even though the bottom in sort of a plastic thing but it’s nice, Battery life is good, not spectacular but it will get you through a day in regular use. Laptop is easy to use, got it on sale but the price has dropped more, for basic use this laptop is perfect.

      I love this compact laptop that is perfect for travel! I moved from the Surface Go3 tablet and this runs so much smoother! Really nice for a smaller computer!

      The only thing is - I hope the Surface Laptop Go 4 will have the "Hello" face recognition, I do miss it. The fingerprint recognition is ok but the "Hello" is so nice

      We first purchased this laptop for our kids, and it's the perfect step up from a Chromebook. The build quality is top-notch with very simple inputs and features. The screen has survived months of use by our kids and is showing zero wear.

      Overheating has not been an issue, and we only hear the fan kick on if it is resting on a blanket or carpet. It will not run intensive video editing programs or demanding video games, but it works great as a school laptop or watching youTube videos.

      The touchscreen and fingerprint power button both work great, and we've had zero functional issues. The only criticism I have is with the arrow keys and their odd design. Trying to use them while editing in Excel or Word has caused a number of misc licks, but I view that as a very minor detail.

      This laptop has been pretty good, it’s small and has a nice look, which is what I was looking for in a laptop. The only downside for me is the crackling noise that would sound whenever there was an audio or video playing. I did have to research how to get rid of it which I was successful in doing, however, it is inconvenient to do all that.

      I needed a laptop for pretty basic needs: writing Word Docs, sending emails, paying bills, filing my taxes. I wanted something simple, and a laptop that is fast. In the past, I've used Dell, and they were frustratingly slow. What I love most about this laptop is: (1) incredibly easy to set up and transfer everything over from my old laptop, utilizing my Microsoft account; (2) small, light, and sharp looking; (3) being able to use either the cursor or touch screen, and (4) its fast. The only drawbacks I have experienced thus far are: (1) because of the small screen, sometimes when I'm accessing online forms to fill out, some of the form is outside the window, and I am unable to adjust things to make it appear/fit in. This doesn't happen too often, but when it does, it's frustrating; (2) sometimes, when I'm operating the laptop on battery power, the screen is very dark and I can barely see it; and when I've tried to adjust the brightness, it doesn't help, so the only solution is to plug it in, which increases the brightness of the screen; and (3) given the small screen size, the font is hard to see; but that was my choice when purchasing this, and you CAN expand the window with your fingers on the screen, so you can overcome that. It's only been about a month, but all in all I've been very pleased.

      Very impressed with this laptop even though it going on 3 years since it was first configured. Given the specs and my need for what a small laptop needs to do, this is a perfect match. An Intel i5 is fast enough for most applications, the 8gb of RAM is fine for spreadsheets, emails, and simple video chores, but it won't adequately handle photography post processing software. As things are going, Adobe and the other software companies are pushing more of the work onto GPUs and not CPUs, so you'll need to spend more and shop for a different configuration to handle that king of work. The 12.4" screen is the size I was going for because this laptop will be the one that I take on trips. Anything larger would be too big to fit in my camera bag and too heavy to drag around in the field. My intent in to offload the images from the camera to the laptop so this product should work for that simple task. The image quality is really good and the touch screen is nice to have although I'm not into working that way. I you prefer it, you've got it. So for the price, this is a good option to consider. If you have other Windows devices, Microsoft makes it easy to import files and some programs automatically. The seller shipped the unit quickly and delivery via FedEx went off without a hitch. Signature will be required upon delivery.

      I'm very happy with it.. Fast, reliable, perfect size , love the features. Battery life is great. Only one issue with it when you purchase games from Xbox store the quality isn't that great but other than that I'm very happy with it!

      I needed a lightweight laptop for college. It's small, compact, but fast and reliable. I use a lot of Microsoft products so I always have stuff syched up to One Drive. It allows me to easily work on my desktop at home and have all my files at school seamlessly. I previously had an HP laptop and the One Drive sync did not always work immediately or sometimes at all. This little powerful laptop is great!
