These Sleep ZM blue light blocking glasses really work! I’ve been wearing them at night while using my phone and watching TV, and I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and don’t feel as wired before bed. My eyes also feel less strained after long screen time.
I used to work at a eyeglass clinic and the prices were overpriced, these glasses are absolutely worth every penny, I love the way they look and actually have the blue light protection. I don’t need glasses to see, I am constantly working on my computer so these glasses were a must have I have less eye strain and go to sleep much easier now. I would 100% recommend these.

Didn’t know till I bought it but the glasses came with a testing kit and verified the authenticity of their product which gave me comfort in the idea that these glasses actually work!
My son needed them for school and gaming and has said they have made a huge difference in his eyesight when looking at the computer
you don't have close to 20/20 vision.
The wording is blurry for those who need corrective lenses. (glasses).

I got the clear version and was super excited to try them. Unfortunately, the glases are very reflective and glare makes them quite uncomfortable - you can see the reflection of your own eyes/skin around your eyes and glasses reflecting in the screen when looking through the lens. This makes the view seem smudgy and spotty when looking at a screen. While blocking the blue light, these did increase my eye strain. The closer you get to the screen [eg phone] the less reflection but more glare you get - not ideal. I love the concept and will be buying better blue light glasses this weekend - effect on sleep was amazing! For any late night doom scroller blue light blocking glasses are a must. These might do for a test, but I would suggest investing into something with better lens.
