This frame shape is the perfect one to get the entirety of your sight including peripheral. As someone who frequents migraines these glasses also help with bright lights and ESPECIALLY bright LED lights when driving. They aren’t dark enough that wearing them at night on the highway is dangerous but it protects my eyes from being blinded by insane LED lights. I couldn’t recommend these more!!
Do not buy the reader style glasses, you will regret it! If you are on the fence about what style to get these sports style is the way to go. They fit my face perfectly with no gaps, no glare, and almost no peripheral issues. The reader style has issues with all the above. As for if they help you sleep that's to be determined but I believe they genuinely help.
I like this product very much. I did have to gerry rig the glasses to sit on my readers with elastic bands to hold them in place on top of the readers. Also the glasses were too heavy with two sets of glasses secured together and they were pushing down my nose.. I guess next would be READERS for these glasses as they work very well for 7-8 hours of sleep starting 3 hours before bedtime. Thank you.
The glass blocks all light during the night.
I am enjoying these blue light blocking SleepZM's! I have to be careful using them during the day because they make me feel relaxed and even tired after awhile. Good product, good brand, I recommend them!
Was way to orange for me, didn't seem to help my eyes. And they did not fit my head/ears comfortably. Felt cheap.
I have been working as an IT professional since 2008. Lots of screen time over the years. I started having the occasional ocular migraine over the last 3 years with them getting more frequent over the last 6 months. Double vision followed by a painful headache that would make work unbearable. Ordered these a week ago and started wearing them while I work, I no longer get migraines or double vision. PTL! You could say I was suffering from blue light poisoning. Oh, and sleep cycles are much better and more restful.
They block blue light but are very cheaply made. The lens has popped out on several occasions.
