Tired of your computer crashing again and again due to heavy loads? We have brought you the best solution β NB Supermax. With a thermal conductivity value of 15W, NB Supermax promises extreme thermal conductivity, cooler running, and helps load heavy applications.
π thermal pad 2.0 gap filler
Yes, you read that right. Our thermal pad comes in six different thicknesses β 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm. This makes it ideal for different-sized gaps and helps efficient heat transfer.
Although the thermal conductivity value of this thermal pad is high, it doesnβt contain any metal, and hence, it is non-electrical conductive. This property makes it safe to use for everyone, including beginners and experts.

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we donβt use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Learn more how customers reviews work on AmazonI bought a used graphic card, and while it was in great shape, this card is known for running warm. I brought it home, and started running benchmarks. On Time spy, it would peak at 87C, which is too high. I bought these pads, and reposted the gpu as well. The temperatures went down to 71C peak, and increased it score as well.
I will buy these pads from now on. They are amazing!!!!
I replaced the pads on my Zotac Trinity OC RTX 3090 as well as the thermal paste due to really high temperatures.
I used Gelid Pads on the die side, and NAB Pads on the backplate side. (Pretty sure they come from the same factory)
The pads worked out great
I would however not recommend 3.0mm on the backplate side for this specific card, the original pads are only 2.0mm. 2.5mm should be better. The 3.0mm bend the plate a little more than I would like. Though this is not an issue with these pads, this is simply due to a lack of information online.
See the MAX temps in the photos.
The Temperatures are after running MSI Kombustor for 10 Minutes.

Good Quality for the cost

This is a great thermal pad for replacing the low-performance ones that are all too often factory-applied on video cards or with M.2 drive enclosures. The 15 W/mK thermal conductivity places this among the best thermal pads and even compares well to quality thermal greases. The pad is very flexible and is easily cut to size using a knife or a pair of scissors.
Iβm really glad to find this pad available with 3mm thickness, which perfectly fits the gap between the rear of my video cardβs PCB and its backplate. The temperature improvement from adding rear thermal padding isnβt as dramatic as changing out the front pads, but it all adds up, and these pads have been serving the job perfectly.
The one thing to keep in mind is that this is a high-density pad, so it doesn't compress as easily as the common low-grade pads, which can be very squishy. You'll want to be sure that you're ordering this pad in the proper thickness for your application, as an overly-thick pad could add unwanted bulk, possibly even to the point of preventing a heatsink from seating properly.
Overall, if you're seeing excessive temperatures on your NVMe drives or on your video card's components, it's definitely worth trying one of these thermal pads (assuming the rest of your cooling solution is working properly). Highly recommended.
MX-5 works better for me than this in 0.5mm.
Bought these for my Gigabyte RTX 3090 Gaming OC 24g, it dropped my temps from 92-94 down to 80-82 degrees Celsius. I needed 1 pack of 1mm, 2 packs of 2mm and 1 pack of 3mm. I still have quite a bit left over also. Definitely worth it for its price and performance.
Good product
Fits and works so far.
