You can tell the second you hold this device in your hands that it's made with higher quality materials - the product is heavy to hold (given it's compact size) and very solidly assembled. The smaller, compact size and shape of the product also make it very easy to fit on your average work desk, as it only takes up a small amount of space and is very low to the table. The inputs this product provides cover your standard gambit of plug types, which is more than adequate for my needs, but where it really stands out is in the powering capabilities - the device itself requires about 30 W to run, so you're really left with about 100W of power to external devices, which is enough charge my laptop plus a couple other smaller devices without too many extra charging cables. The input quality for the HDMI is also pretty nice, and I haven't noticed any reduction to the picture quality when passing through the device.
Overall, this is a great product and I would recommend.
Ten years ago, real docking stations used to charge your computer. This one isn't powerful enough. I wouldn't classify it as a docking station. As a media hub, sure. It's great as a media port expansion.
In our quest to transform our shared home office from a cluttered battleground of cables into a sleek, productivity-boosting haven, I think we have found a winner in this 11-IN-1 USB docking station. Straight out of the box, this docking station is sturdy! Its robust build suggests it's built to last. But it's not just its durability that impressed us; it's the sheer breadth of functionality packed into this compact device. With dual HDMI ports offering up to 4K@60HZ resolution across two external monitors, our multitasking capabilities have been streamlined. The promise of a single 8K UHD display was particularly enticing, making it an ideal fit for business presentations or our occasional dive into home cinema experiences. Just a heads-up, ensuring your laptop and monitor are up to the 8K challenge is a must to fully leverage this feature.
If your office is crying out for order among the chaos of cables, this docking station is the hero you need.
Product does not work
I ordered this docking station because the USB powered one I had would keep failing and turning my monitors off until I unplug and plug it back in. I wanted a docking station that had a 120v plug to provide its own power. The 120v is required for this docking station and will not run off your computer power like many USB-C docking stations. Since hooking this up I have not had any issues with my computer peripherals going out. Having to only unplug this when taking my laptop with me is so much easier than unplugging several peripherals. This docking station has plenty of ports enabling me to hook up my Ethernet, duel HDMI monitors, keyboard, mouse and headphones to this and still having ports for flash drives and SD cards. I have a 144hz monitor and have not noticed a drop in image quality during games. I would recommend this docking station as a great addition to your computer setup.

I ordered this to make connecting to my monitors a little easier. I've got two different laptops I use on a daily basis, but wanted to use both with larger screens when needed. This looked like the perfect set, with the ability to hook up to two HDMI's, use one cable, and still charge the laptop. The "perfect" dock...
Well, it...was...but it wasn't.
So when I first started using it, it was really smooth, really easy, and it did the job pretty well. Setup and connecting was easy -- it's a power cable, two HDMI cables, and a USB-C (unless you want to use all the other ports, I did not). It took minutes, mostly because I'd been plugging both of my monitors in to laptops via their HDMI cables directly, so they were easy access.
Everything went well for the first couple of weeks. Then, out of nowhere, I started getting issues with the Power Delivery not working as expected. At first, I thought it could be the laptop, so I tested the second laptop I use to make sure. Same thing. Then, I thought maybe the USB-C cable, so I changed it. Same thing. I tested with a USB-C cable I know works, direct from 65w charger -- it works with my charger, but not with this dock.
After a few failed attempts, I'd randomly, suddenly, get my USB-C Power Delivery back... As in, it may work today, it may work tomorrow, but on the third day, it may not work. And...repeat. It hit a point where I just couldn't do it anymore, and ended up having to use a standard power cable to ensure I didn't shut down while working.
Overall, the output is clear and easy to use. The monitors I'm using work well with it. And I've started using some of the ports for Flash Drives, etc. It does the job, it just left me wanting when it comes to power.
I currently use this dock for my Dell, and Samsung phone, which sits on a KVM setup alongside a desktop PC. For laptops that are compatible, it works great, and the dock hasn't given me any problems at all. Not to mention, that it was a very ample supply of power to the host device. People complain about the size of the brick, but this thing can provide some serious juice, so I don't frown on that at all. I have a 49inch monitor that runs at 5k resolution and this dock was able to push video to it, but you want to make sure that your host device is capable of it as well.
Works okay, but no power on/off feature. I have to leave my laptop in sleep mode.
