This by no means is the ultimate toothbrush combo with a water flosser but one thing it does quite well is, of course, cleaning teeth. There are a couple of things that can be improved upon in a later model perhaps but it's no big deal, just nice to have only for me. This NEOS II is much bigger than my current toothbrush, but it's a trade-off for combining a water flosser in one, that I can understand, the convenience of not having to bring a separate water flosser when traveling is a plus. But the thing it needs improvement on is adding non-slip material on the bottom half. I mean they have some little bumps at the back of the toothbrush but it's quite slippery to hold on to with wet hands. I had to adjust my hands a few times trying not to drop this toothbrush while brushing. Maybe I just need to get used to handling this toothbrush more since I have been using my old electric toothbrush for a while and this one is a little heavier and somewhat clunky to hold. The first time trying this toothbrush, it was quite awkward, and It made quite a mess with water spraying everywhere, lol. But after a few times using it over the last few days, it's gotten a lot better, no more mess and I am getting used to the grip as well. Just have to be patient with this toothbrush if you are switching from a much lighter and smaller toothbrush to this one. The other thing that is nice to have is a little larger water reservoir for the flosser would be nice, I know, that would mean an even larger toothbrush than as is :). II am just being a little picky today is all, it's still have enough water to finish the job if you get the hang of it after a few days. The flosser is not a continuous spray but rather a short burst as shown in the attached video clip. Other than that, I have to admit, this one does clean much better than my current electric toothbrush. I could feel my teeth were a lot smoother and much more refreshed as well. There are 3 levels (Low, Medium, and High) of brushing but for me, level 3 felt a little strong for my aging teeth :) so I am using Level 2 or Medium only and it felt just about tight. There is no stand-alone water floss option, it's either after brushing or while brushing if you are short on time. The top button is for brushing and then flossing, and the bottom button is a combo of brushing and flossing. Battery life seems good so far over the last few days after the initial full charge. One last thing I promise after this long rant, as far as brush heads, not sure where you can buy refills yet since this one comes with 8 heads. I have tried fitting my older brushes from those well-known brands and none seems to fit, but the good thing is I have an old plastic flosser from another water pick flosser, and it its this toothbrush nicely so that was good, just in case I can not locate extra toothbrush later on, I can still use it as a flosser then :). The bottom line is, and more importantly, this toothbrush cleans very well, which is the whole point of this so I will have to work through without my nice-to-have list mentioned earlier. The more I use it, the better I feel about handling it as well as getting the most out of this toothbrush. Hope this helps!
