Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Learn more how customers reviews work on AmazonI bought this gaming mouse for graphics and CAD/modeling work, not really for gaming. I’ve used the trackpad on my laptop and even tried a trackball until my cat started stealing the ball out of it, but I’ve never loved traditional mice. My hand gets cold, and I could never get the precision I needed for modeling work.
This mouse changed that.
The ergonomics are excellent. The buttons are well placed, and it’s comfortable for all day use. For reference, I wear a size medium in nitrile gloves. Most importantly, the precision is outstanding.
It can be used three ways.
Wired works perfectly with zero latency, as expected. I just don’t love the drag of a cable affecting movement.
Bluetooth works fine, but the latency is typical of Bluetooth mice. I would not use it for precision work, though it could be useful for a tablet.
The 2.4G wireless connection with the dongle is where it shines. I see no difference between this and wired mode. The response and accuracy are excellent, even directly on a shiny desk without a mousepad.
One thing to note is that my mouse was not paired with the dongle out of the box. That was briefly frustrating because I thought I had a defective unit. It was not defective, it just needed pairing, and the instructions were not included.
To pair it, unplug the dongle and switch the mouse to wired mode without the cable attached. Hold the pairing button on the underside for 20 to 30 seconds until the white light changes from slow blinking to rapid blinking. Then plug the dongle back in. After a few seconds, the light turns solid green and it is paired. Since doing that, it has never unpaired.
Battery life has been excellent. I have used it for 12 hour stretches with the heater on and have never run it down in a day.
The heat and cool feature is surprisingly useful. The heat setting gets very warm, similar to a rechargeable HotHands pack, and warms the palm area. It does not heat the fingers, but under a light blanket or towel it creates a very cozy setup. The cooling mode is noticeable and would be great if you naturally run warm or during intense gaming sessions.
I also love the rainbow lighting under the buttons and at the back. It matches my gaming laptop perfectly.
The charging dock is thoughtfully designed. It has adhesive pads, which is helpful because my desk is slanted, and the USB-C to USB-A cable works with either port style on the dock. I was able to mount it completely out of my workflow on the left side of my laptop.
Overall, I am impressed with the quality and performance. I can absolutely recommend this mouse.

The mouse is not bad. I do feel it is similar to the wireless razer mouse. That being said I do think the sensitivity and response on thus is not too bad. I like that it has a charging cradle with it. It is not bad in terms of the material. I would say it has a familiar feel to most mouse. Because it is a black color you can expect wear down overlong period. The design on this makes this a comfortable mouse and came in a nice packaging. The highest sensitivity is not bad but it would say there are stronger mouses for the same price. I am not sure i can agree with the higher price point considering it looks similar to razer mouse. The mouse feels great though. It is very comfortable in my hands and glides pretty well across the mat that I have. There are several buttons to work. The sensitivity can be adjusted by the center button as usual. The button is not overly sensative where you have to worry about accidentally knocking into the setting. The charging cradle is nice. I actually can put this on my desk and it does not take up too much space. I can put the mouse on this easily and the connection is solid. This device does make gaming a bit more fun with the extra buttons that literally at your finger tips. It makes my healing easier on world of warcraft and final fantasy XIV. It also makes my first person shooting easier to change weapons and such. The mouse is accurate and functions well for the most part. I can play games on this or take it on the go. The pointer is accurate and the device is light weight. Overall I think this mouse is not bad but i cannot say it is worth the price. The design is nice and the battery last for quite sometime. The charging time does vary though based on the medium you are using. The sensitivity is good enough for me but i am not sure how well this work for professional gamer.
Pretty comfortable to use for long term playing sessions. It's pretty lightweight so it's easy on the wrist. The battery seems to last for a long time as long as you're not using the heating or cooling feature, but if you are, they work great but drain the battery pretty quickly. The Dpi is easily adjustable giving you quick changes for when you need a slow and steady hand or fast turning action. The magnetic charging stand is nice as it can charge the mouse without a direct connection with a wire and it also doubles as a display stand for the mouse. Overall, Blackshark did a great job with this one, I'd recommend it.
Nice little mouse. Its a bit bigger and heavier than most gaming mice likely due to the fan, heating cooling and such. That said the price is reasonable for having such a good sensor and having the ability to heat cold hands. it fits my hand well and the wife who has much smaller hands, so its seems to be built well ergonomically for a variety of hand sizes.
Had no issues setting this up, its plug in and it just connected and worked.
As far as gaming goes outside being heavier and affecting flick shots its something you get used to the mass. Still very precise and if flick shots ar ento part of your arsenal then its not going to be any issue for you.
I game late at night, usually after a long day of driving, and my hands get stiff and sweaty after a couple hours. The heating function keeps things loose when it is cold in the room and the cooling helps when sessions run long and my palm starts sweating. I was skeptical about that feature when I ordered it. It is not a gimmick though; it actually does something noticeable.
The sensor tracks smooth and the four DPI levels are easy to cycle through on the fly. The 8KHz polling rate is something you usually only find on mice that cost significantly more. In most situations the difference between this and a standard 1KHz mouse is subtle, but on a high refresh rate monitor it does tighten up input response. Battery life is solid and the RGB charging dock means I just set it down when I am done instead of hunting for a cable.
This is highly functional and configurable to all my needs, and the design is not only top tier, but I have dropped it a few times on hard marble and not as much as a scuff, so it is quite durable in my experience thus far.
Only thing missing is adjustable weights. For a mouse with this many features, it feels like a natural addition. Feels fine as is so it is not a real complaint, just a wish list item. For the price this is a great mouse and I have no regrets.
When I first picked up this mouse, it felt perfectly shaped for my right hand, with a solid build that seems like it can handle hours of use. The cooling and heating feature really surprised me, it actually works to keep my hand from getting sweaty or stiff during intense games. In real life, it performs like a dream with super fast response times and smooth tracking on any surface. The dock makes charging easy, so I never have to worry about batteries dying in the middle of a match. This mouse has improved my daily life by making gaming more comfortable and enjoyable for longer periods, and I no longer have to stop because my hand gets tired or clammy.
This is literally a cool mouse. The truly unique things about this mouse are that it has a cooling and a heating feature, which I have never seen before in a mouse. I love the versatility of this mouse. For one, it is rechargeable and doesn't require me to feed it batteries. And, it has its own little charging stand, which is pretty neat. It clicks magnetically to the stand with a satisfying little 'snap.' The charging stand AND the mouse both have colored LED lights which is a nice touch. Then, this mouse can be connected in every possible method: Wired, Bluetooth, and Dongle. Even though it has a built-in battery it is still very light and handles smoothly and effortlessly on my deskpad.
This mouse is extremely easy to use. It came with a decent charge and all I needed to do was pair it with my tablet, which took no time at all to have a cursor up and running on my screen. The same with the dongle or the cord - plug it in and there it is, instantly. There is something extremely satisfying about seeing a cursor on my tablet or phone. LOL It's quick, responsive, and accurate for everything that I do. I cannot speak for gamers, though. This appears to be durable and of good quality, and is very comfortable to use. Recommended.

I absolutely am a huge fan of black shark products as they are Namebrand Grade and always deliver.
This mouse is no different. The DPI out of the box, spot on, the feel and build quality, pimp grade! The clicking? Extremely satisfying.
Now the semiconductor cooling/heating unit inside i though would be 1 less star but my hands get sweaty..now? My problem has been solved. No issues with slipping or bad tracking.
I highly recommend
