The team saw a significant increase in user satisfaction after upgrading to Claude 3 Haiku, and even more dramatic improvements with Claude 3.5 Sonnet. "When we tested Claude 3.5 Sonnet, it was immediately clear—this was the most accurate model we'd ever seen," said Durrani.
