There are 4 modules in this course

This course is for anyone who wants to transition into a benefit focused role within an HR department. You will gain a deeper level of exposure to the details of benefit offerings. You’ll start by evaluating critical concepts related to health benefits, along with plan types and structures. Then, you’ll learn about spending accounts related to health and dependent care. In the last two modules, you’ll explore work- and lifestyle-related benefits like time-off strategies. Finally, you’ll use your new knowledge to create an employee communication strategy for Blue Space Tech Performance Company's employees.

In this module, you’ll learn about concepts common across most health and welfare benefit offerings, starting with the conditions that have to be met for any plan to qualify under Internal Review Code Section 125.
