This short course is aimed at students or professionals who would like to learn how to apply Agile methodologies to their projects or to their own business contexts to shorten the project development cycle. In this course, students will learn the main concepts of lean startup methodology, explain how Agile can be used to implement solutions and improve products and services, and apply scrum methodology to specific business problems or situations. Students will learn through a variety of readings and a multimedia material with interactive videos and activities, and will be prepared to apply these methodologies to their own projects once they complete the course.
